Thursday done - almost the weekend!

Food wise today was a good day :o)  Under my cals for the day and would have still been if I hadn't added my walking to my exercise sheet!  That has not happened for a long time, very exciting!!

Food for today was as follows:

 

Got weigh in first thing tomorrow morning but tomorrow evening is going to be bad food wise as we are out with friends for cocktails and food (either Indian or Italian, neither really healthy).  Saturday not likely to be good either as we have an engagement party in the evening, but will be back on track properly on Sunday.

Hey, busy few days so not much time for a big post but here are my food diaries for yesterday and today:
